Finally a new season has begun here, and with no storm yet around the corner and LEN10 busy DJ-ing and revalidating, it’s time to spent some time with the kids from Wijk aan Zee, my homespot for the last 4 decades.

Last year they really started to rock, now this summer looks promising already.
Meet Stijn, Robbie, Kees, Wout and Wouter getting warmed up for the season in this little action-packed short, from 39 minutes of filming at one afternoon at Wijk.

Now, time for something else, something that matters.
Not a kitecinema movie this time (i wish) but a beautifull movie with Patrick Rebstock from TDZ.

Watch strapless kitesurfing as you have never seen before.
I never cared much for strapless surfing, it’s always to unattractive for me, the rides to cautious, the riders to chicken and halfskilled.
But this time I was blown away by the magnitude, the beauty, the core of this fellow Patrick Ribstock’s riding.

Just to pay my respects, i needed to share this, be sure to watch this.

PS: Beats me, how he manages to ride in full power modus for almost 2 hours though...
I nearly died on that cold beach, as the Camshake shows.

We all know about Rubens’ bad ankle.
The problems at hand are for real, good thing he’s no pussyboy.
Cause there it was, after months of staying healthy, operations, physio and a lot of mental suffering and preparation, a storm again in Holland.

So what else can one do? A ‘Stormsjees 4’, a new ‘Len10 in noordwijk’ ?
No, Ruben had to be carefull, there are a lot of new plans being made by the extremophile of the lowlands.

So us mortals should prepare for some awesome entertainment in the future from Ruben mostly together with the ultimate and smoothest frequent flyer magician, Aaron Hadlow.

Here’ s a little trailer for the upcoming PAINKILLER, a short extrementary of the day that Ruben finally got to kite again, for real. (But carefull)
